2010 Track Rental Information

All track rentals are set up as single-lane, one car at a time events. The Compulink Timing System is placed in “auto-mode” and the ET Printer is placed at the starting line so your crew has instant results from each pass. You are responsible for having an individual to operate the tree and provide water for the burnout procedures. The EMT crew will be on hand to serve as your emergency personnel. All track rentals begin at 11AM. Your rental will conclude when you have finished testing or 5PM- whichever comes first.
If more than one person is sharing in the cost of a track rental session, you must provide the name and phone number of each person attending. In the event of cancellation, we need this information.
Track rentals must be secured with a credit card.
Standard Track Rental Includes:

Up to 10 cars
Hourly rate of $150/hour with a 4 hour minimum.
Rate includes 1 lane sprayed ‘300ft ‘ (you have your choice of lanes); insurance, ambulance and EMT personnel.
All rentals to be concluded by 5:00 pm.
Additional Track Rental Options:
We have special “options” available to accommodate different needs of racing teams. The following prices are additional charges that will be added to the standard hourly rate for track rentals when requested.

Additional cars- (11-25- $60/hour additional with 4 hour minimum)
Additional VHT- $20./gallon
Full lane spray- $650 (includes scraping and starting line touch up sprayer)
